Diary of a Minecraft Zombie By Zach Zombie

In this first book of this super funny book you get to read about a real 12 year old Minecraft zombie that goes through a awesome adventure.
Take a peek into what is going on in that deep hole of a head. We look into a zombie that you think as a dead expression that we normally see. Are zombies really different from us. You'll be surprised by how much they are alike.

A must read book. It's short but so good and there's a whole series to read.

Undertow by Michael Buckley
This book was really good. It really reflects the civil rights movement in the 1960's. If you like sci-fi books that aren't too sci-fi you will like this book.

Bunnicula By Deborah and James Howe
I liked this book because it has thrills and silliness. Sometimes it is also scary. Bunnicula has been drinking the juice out of all the vegetables. Once Bunnicula was on a liquid diet, the white vegetables disappeared.

The Maze Runner is a great book. The book starts out with Thomas, the main character, being carries up a shaft in some sort of large metal box. He arrives in a large field of grass called the Glade. A lot of other boys also live in the Glade. Thomas looks around and notices that the Glade is surrounded by a very tall, thick concrete wall. Later on he finds out that beyond that wall is a huge maze. One day a boy named Newt was walking back from running around the maze he was carrying his friend, who got hurt,on his back.the Maze walls started to close up and Newt was no where close to getting out. So, Thomas ran in after them and the Maze Walls closed. Somehow, they survived the night. They next day the head boys in the Glade decided to make him a runner. A runner is someone who runs around the maze each day and tries to find a way out. At the end of the book... can Thomas and his friends find a way out?

The Fault in our Stars By John Green
The fault in our Stars by John Green was a spectacular book. There was a lot of romance, adventure, and sacrifice in the book. Hazel Grace Lancaster is the main character, she has lung cancer. She falls in love with a boy named Agustus Waters who also has cancer. They go on a trip to Amsterdam to meet hazel's favorite author. When they get back something terrible happens. I think anyone who is into a romance/adventure novel would love this book.

How to Dork Your Diary By Rachel Renee Russell
This book mainly talks about Mackenzie purposely trying to make Nikki feel bad. when Nikki finds out that her diary is missing she goes to her best friends for help. She looked in her house, at the school, in the bathroom, in the locker room, in each and every classroom, and even the lunchroom. After class Brandon went to talk to Nikki but she had to leave even though she did not want to leave.

Weird but True By Cheryl Harness
This book is very interesting. The first thing I thought was wow this does not look good. After I read it I thought this is so cool. One of the coolest things I read was that Persian toothpaste was made out of crushed ashes, cattle hooves, eggshells, and oyster shells. another was that Fashionable English ladies used to wear fake eyebrows made out of mouse skin. The last one that was so unbelievable was that French ladies once had hairstyles so tall that servants had to climb ladders to do their 'do's. I thought about if I would have lived there what my lifestyle would be like back then.

Mockingjay By Suzanne Collins
Mockingjay explains how Katniss Everdeen dealt with the bombing of District 12 and living in District 13. The Capitol took Peeta Mellark. Luckily Gale Hawthorne was there to comfort Katniss. Life in 13 was hard for Katniss because of the schedule and living underground. She was so used to hunting, that it was very strange and stuffy to be living underground. Katniss goes on a special mission to the Capitol with her squad. It cost great sacrifice, but was it worth it? Many of these robots/ drones/ hovercrafts were in the way of reaching the Capitol. I would recommend reading Mockingjay if you liked The Hunger Games and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins.

Splintered By A.G. Howard

This book was the last of a series, called "The Selection", I fell in love with this series. The characters in this book are very well developed and at the end of the last book I physically missed them because they were so real to me. This book may seem very cheesy just by looking at the front cover, but it's really not.
